Anjam founded Nestora Home Care in 2017 to provide compassionate care while empowering people to grow. As Director, he is committed to supporting both clients and teams, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and inspired to reach their potential.

Gareth Downes

REGISTERED MANAGER

Inspired by his mother’s work in care, Gareth developed a deep passion for supporting others. With over eight years as a registered manager, he leads teams with compassion and dedication, always striving to ensure people feel valued, respected, and well cared for.

Natalia Wozniak

CARE COORDINATOR

Natalia is passionate about supporting people to live happier lives. With years of care experience, she has grown from care worker to senior roles and is now working towards her Level 5 Health & Social Care Management qualification.

At Nestora Home Care, she oversees clients in Huddersfield and Halifax, creating tailored care plans and ensuring each client feels supported from the start.
